Upgraded Monsters Collection
Have you upgraded any monsters? Maybe you ran a game where you made Goblin Lurks or Kobold Ninjas by applying class levels? Maybe you applied the Skeleton template to a Rakshasa. Maybe you made Lizardfolk Assassins? Ogre Psions?
Don't let those creatures go to waste! Share them here so others can use them.
I am gonna be strict on enforcing the rules in this thread. Any monsters must be fully statted up with appropriate gear. That doesn't mean they need player level wealth, but a CR 5 goblin cleric is gonna have more than just basic goblin gear. The goal here is to have things that are useful to DMs and can be run as is.

The reason for the Lizardfolk Chieftain's cries become apparent as you enter the room and see what the Drow have done to him. His upper torso, intact save for some superficial cuts and bruises, sits upon the body of a monstrous spider. The two creatures appear to have been melded together. You cannot begin to imagine what dark arcane secrets the Drow have employed to achieve such horror. His eyes stare at you blankly, dark purple saliva dribbling from his mouth. He howls again in anguish and rage as he points his trident towards you and scurries toward you on his eight new legs.
